Important News from NWHIC and OWHSister-to-Sister Heart Health FairOn Friday, February 17th, many women will participate in 14 interactive health fairs around the country at the Sister-to-Sister Women's Heart Health Day. Many of the women will receive heart disease screenings and about half will learn they are at risk for heart disease. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office on Women's Health will be exhibiting at many of these events this year. Read more to find one in a city near you. National Women's Health Week and Check Up DayHeart health will be one of several health topics focused on during National Women's Health Week 2006.
